Factory Laborer Positions

Opportunity to earn $12.57 - $14.52 per hour.

We are currently staffed. However, we continue to take employment applications should our need change.

Employment began August 31, 2009 and is expected to last through the end of March 2010.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old or have a high school diploma or GED.

*Primarily responsible for performing general labor throughout the factory, including cleaning.

*Employees can learn process positions with an hourly rate up to $14.52 per hour.

*Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including two weekends each month. Shifts work 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., working three days one week (36 hours) and four days (48 hours) the next week accumulating 84 hours every two weeks.

*Ability to lift and/or carry 50 lbs.

Harvest Positions

Seasonal harvest positions available the end of September. These positions last approximately 4-5 weeks with employment ceasing the end of October.

Seasonal positions require working at one of our receiving stations located at Benson, Bird Island, Buffalo Lake, Clara City, Hector, Maynard, Milan, Murdock, Raymond, Redwood Falls or Renville.

Positions start the end of September and lasts through October. October requires 12 hour shifts (noon to midnight or midnight to noon), working 7 days a week if necessary.

Hourly rate is $10.19 with time and a half paid for hours worked over 8 in a day. Overtime paid for Saturday and Sunday work.
